Workplace Injury Triage
When something happens, the right person is already there.
Already there. Already trusted. Ready to help.
When an injury happens on the floor, we’re there. BIOKINETIX workplace injury triage means that program managers are already embedded in your team, already trusted by your people, and already familiar with the work they do every day. That changes everything about how triage works.
Think of it as the goal line defense. The warm-up programs, the ergonomic assessments, the early intervention. Everything BIOKINETIX does is designed to prevent injuries before they happen. But when something does happen, we’re ready. We assess, provide appropriate first aid care, and when something is beyond our scope, we say so. Getting your people the right level of care quickly is always the priority.
For teams that are decentralized or operating across multiple sites, our 24/7 telehealth triage hotline connects your people with an athletic trainer who knows their industry, not a generic nurse on a call center script. They get real guidance, fast, from someone who understands the physical demands of the work.
FAQs
What does BIOKINETIX triage cover and where do you refer out?
BIOKINETIX program managers are trained athletic trainers, not physicians. Our triage covers first aid assessment, immediate care, and connecting your people to the right level of treatment quickly. We assess the situation, provide appropriate first aid, stabilize when needed, and make the call on next steps. If something is beyond our scope, we say so clearly and get your person to the right care without hesitation. That transparency is intentional. We’re not here to replace your medical providers or cover up injuries. We’re here to make sure your people are taken care of the right way, every time.
How does BIOKINETIX triage integrate with our existing injury response protocols?
We don’t come in and replace what you already have. We work with it. When BIOKINETIX comes on site, we take the time to understand your existing injury response process. Everything from how incidents are reported to who gets notified and what documentation is required. From there, we build our triage process around yours. That might mean custom flowcharts, updated policies, or documentation that flows directly through your team. The goal is a seamless response that feels like it was built for your organization. Because it was.
