Our UpTime Report

Our Uptime Report turns every program intervention and ergonomic assessment into measurable data. And measurable data equals proactive insights.

Take a Look Inside
the UpTime Report

Every section is built to give you a clear, defensible picture of your program’s impact.

  • Program Data

Before you measure progress, you need a baseline. The Program Data captures the full scope of what BIOKINETIX has implemented, including the programs in place and the recordable incidents our team has encountered. It’s the foundation that makes every other metric in the report meaningful.

  • Initial Incident Triage

When an incident happens, the details matter. This section breaks down every initial triage encounter by body part and shift, then again by department and shift. You get two distinct views of where incidents occur and when. That specificity is what turns incident data into actionable insight. Instead of knowing what injuries are happening, you know where to look and what to address.

  • Resolved Incident Triage

Resolution is the goal. This section tracks how many incident triages have been closed out, broken down by body part, and measures the success rate of our incident triage and early intervention program overall. It’s where you see the full picture, from initial contact to resolution, and understand how effectively early intervention is keeping issues from escalating.

  • Ergonomic Task Assessment

Using AI-powered motion analysis technology, BIOKINETIX scans team members in real time to assess how at risk their body movements are for injury. Each scan produces a risk score tied to specific movements and tasks. From there, our team works directly with employees to make corrections, reducing risk before it becomes an injury. This section of the report documents every assessment and the risk reduction achieved.

  • Injury Prevention Starts on Day One

The habits industrial athletes develop in their first days on the job tend to stick. That’s why BIOKINETIX Athletic Trainers engage with every new hire. We introduce them to the program, explain how their bodies will be affected by the work, and establish the kind of body awareness that prevents injuries before they start. New hire education isn’t an onboarding formality. It’s one of the highest-leverage moments in the entire program.

  • We Let the Numbers Speak
    for Themselves

In one BIOKINETIX program, 57 new hires completed the Worker Readiness Program with zero work-related injuries and zero MSD recordables in their first 90 days. Beyond the injury numbers, 32 Early Intervention Programs were opened proactively within that same window, three job tasks were made safer based on feedback from new hire graduates, and at-risk behavior assessments showed a 42% risk reduction. Worker Readiness is more than preparing new employees for the job. It’s about building the awareness and habits that keep them healthy long after onboarding ends.

  • Staying Ready Isn’t a One-Time Event

It’s a daily practice. BIOKINETIX builds warm-up and preparedness routines designed around the specific demands of each job and each team. That includes the 3-Minute Warm-Up performed before the shift, a dynamic warm-up to re-prepare the body after lunch, and microbreaks with targeted movement education throughout the day. In one facility, 392 warm-up audits tracked 98% team member participation, and the program has been running strong for three years. Worker preparedness turns injury prevention from a program people tolerate into one they feel working.

  • Summary

Every UpTime Report closes with a summary of the month. It’s not just a recap, it’s a roadmap that includes the programs we ran, the services we delivered, and a forward-looking plan for the month ahead. You’ll always know what BIOKINETIX did, what the program accomplished, and what comes next.
