Workplace Injury Prevention
For Construction Workers
Your project changes phase by phase. Your injury prevention program should too.
Boots on the ground from day one.
One-size-fits-all doesn’t work on the construction site. It doesn’t work in workplace injury prevention for construction workers either. The physical demands of the job change at every phase of a project. Groundwork taxes the body differently than steel, MEP differently than finish work. BIOKINETIX builds a program that evolves with your project, anticipating what your team’s bodies will need before each new phase begins rather than reacting after the injuries start.
From day one, we’re boots on the ground at the jobsite. Our program managers lead the morning warm-up every day, making sure bodies are prepared for the specific work ahead. We’re present at new hire orientations so every subcontractor coming on site knows who we are and what we’re there for before they ever pick up a tool. And whether we’re working alongside your existing medical professionals or serving as the standalone site medical provider, we integrate seamlessly into how your site operates.
What makes BIOKINETIX different is the depth of the program. Your team isn’t getting a generic injury prevention program. They’re getting one built on real construction experience, refined project after project, and designed for the actual work they’re doing right now.

Mike Hambrick - HSE Director
“BIOKINETIX is creating a new innovative way of thinking in the Construction industry. BIOKINETIX offers personalized programs designed to help our "industrial athletes" to leave better than they came in. They lead a daily program to warm up the muscles and prevent injuries from happening in the first place. offering ergonomic coaching, which focuses on lifting, carrying, and performing everyday tasks. BIOKINETIX goes into the field to observe the way trades workers perform a job task, and the behaviors associated with that specific task. BIOKINETIX observes the body parts involved, and the risk factors associated with doing said task. Then BIOKINETIX teaches ergonomics positioning and techniques that ease the task and protects the workers overall health. BIOKINETIX focuses on minor aches and pains to avoid future issues down the road.”
FAQs
How does your program work with subcontractors?
BIOKINETIX is contracted to work directly with the general contractor 95% of the time. But the people we actually work with every day are the subcontracted employees. The electricians, carpenters, drywall workers, steel workers, and laborers make up the majority of the workforce on any given jobsite. The GC might have some self-performed workers that we work alongside but the bulk of the people on site are subs. BIOKINETIX serves all of them regardless of who their employer is. We also understand that the workforce on jobsites is transient, with new subs rotating in and out constantly. It’s why we make sure that we have a program manager at every orientation. Every new person coming on site knows BIOKINETIX and what we’re there for before they start the work.
How does the program evolve through the phases of a project?
We’ve followed enough construction projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough to know that no task is the same from phase to phase. Groundwork and foundation involve a lot of digging, underground utilities and concrete pouring which leads to high strain on the lower back and legs. Setting steel? Overhead and upper body intensive. MEP involves a lot of fine motor work, awkward positioning, and repetitive movements in tight spaces. Finishing work has its own demands. We use that boots-on-the-ground knowledge to build a roadmap for your project. So, when the next phase starts, your injury prevention program is ready for it.
