  • 7 AM

    Pre-Shift Warm Up + Micro-Learning

Lead the daily dynamic, task-specific movement session, preparing the body for the demands of the shift. Following the warm-up, deliver one actionable point focused on the team’s health, safety, or well-being to put into practice.

  • 8 AM

    1-on-1 Sessions

Meet individually with team members to assess and address discomfort or soreness on the spot, whether work-related or not, and deliver a personalized plan to get them feeling their best. May include Kinesio taping, foam roller instruction, corrective exercises, or other hands-on solutions specific to what that person needs.

Floor Side Coaching 10am
  • 10 AM

    Floor-Side Coaching

Observe team members performing job-specific tasks, delivering real-time movement coaching and demonstrating proper form and technique when correction is needed.

  • 12 PM

    Safety Meeting & Walk Through

Attend weekly safety meetings to discuss ongoing concerns and gather timely, industry-specific insights, then walk the facility alongside safety to identify ergonomic opportunities and movement or behavior patterns that can inform targeted educational content.

  • 2 PM

    Micro-Learning Development

Draw on insights gathered from the safety meetings and time spent on the floor to develop a focused, relevant micro-learning built around a single actionable point. May target a movement pattern observed during coaching, a concern raised by leadership, or a seasonal or environmental factor affecting the workforce.

  • 3 PM

    Floor-Side Coaching

Observe and coach team members through job-specific tasks, delivering real-time movement corrections and technique guidance. Support those finishing their shift when fatigue is highest and set the tone for those just beginning theirs.
